How does the government grant work?
Eligible seniors can apply for financial assistance to reduce installation costs, making it affordable. We will be there with you every step of the way.
What makes your walk-in tubs different?
Our tubs combine safety, comfort, and style with features like hydrotherapy and easy-access doors. Our Safety Bath products are manufactured from high quality, durable materials. An example is our unique Aluminium Door System.

Most of our walk-in tubs also come with a high flow tap.

How do I schedule an in-home bathroom assessment?
Contact us via phone or email to book your free in-home assessment at your convenience.
What size of water heater is needed?
We recommend a minimum of 40 gallon gas water heater, 60 gallon electric water heater.
How many gallons of water does the tub hold?
60 to 65 gallons without a person in the tub for most models.
Are your tub products CSA- and UL-certified for Canada and the US?

Our Safety Bath has CSA (Canadian Standards Association) for Canada and the US and ANSI (American National Standards)/UL (Underwriters Laboratories) approval on the bathtubs and on all the components of the bathtub.

CSA marks mean a product has been tested and has met applicable standards for safety and/or performance. CSA International is accredited by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) as a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL). CSA International tests to applicable U.S. standards.

How fast does the tub drain?

Properly plumbed – in 90 seconds in most cases with our 2-inch drain models.

Is a warranty available?
All Safety Bath products have a lifetime limited warranty on tub and all components. Please see the warranty section on our website.
